Does Item # TDKB come with the bolt needed to attach it?

The bolt is not included with the Trail Doc for Kuat NV 2.0 Base Platform Rack # TDKB.
You will reuse the bolt that is already on the bike rack and holding the end cap in place, which is why it is not included. If for some reason you don't have the end cap and bolt you would have to get a new one via Kuat.
