The overall diameter I'm seeing for your 35x12.5 Nitto Ridge Grappler is 34.76" so the Camco Vinyl Wheel and Tire Protectors # CAM45249 you were looking at would be a compatible fit. Personally, I prefer the SnapRing brand because their design makes covering tire easier and quicker. Simply pull the inner ring open and slip it over the tires and the push it closed, without having to lay down under the vehicle or throw on any bungee cords. For your size wheels you'd need part # ST7003BK.
If you find your overall diameter is different then let me know and I'd be happy to find the correct size for you.
