Troubleshooting Turn Signals and Running Lights Not Working Curt C56268

Question:
I hook this harness up to my 2017 NXT Lexus and the brake lights work but the turn signal and running lights. Do not. Do you have any suggestions on what may be wrong thank you.

It's probably just a matter of unplugging the connectors and plugging them back in as it sounds like some of the pins aren't making contact. If that doesn't fix the issue I would assume the converter box is bad and would need to be replaced.
