Have a 2017 GMC Sierra 3500. Has airbags on it with U bolts that go over the frame Rail. Looking to see if the bracket on this fifth wheel hitch Will fit in between those U bolts to the frame To mount it. tried to attach a picture but wont all me to demco part numbers DM8550045-5W,C607-604-5W

It sounds like you have an Air Lift 5000 Kit like item # AL57338 which has some giant u-bolts. I can confirm that the Custom Underbed Installation Kit for Demco Recon 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch item # C607-604-5W is compatible with all of the AirLift and Firestone Air Bag kits. I can't speak for other manufacturer's though. If you would like to email me any pictures or part numbers you have I would be happy to take a look at them.
What typically happens on installs like these are you may have to remove some of the air bag parts to install the gooseneck brackets on your frame then reattach them afterwards. If the air bags and brackets end up needing to use the same holes in your Silverado's frame you will want to use the hardware that came with the gooseneck hitch.
