Yes, for your 2003 Toyota RAV4 I'd recommend checking out the Inno Aero Crossbars # INXB115-2, with the Inno Through Feet for Aero Crossbars # INXS250, and the Custom Fit Kit # INK244.

These crossbars measure 45" long, 3 1/8" wide, 1 1/8" tall, and have a maximum dynamic weight capacity of 165 lbs.

This system is designed to be used with a naked roof, which is what I assume you have but If you have factory rails already then you'd want the Inno Aero Crossbars # INXB123-2 with the feet # INXS150 instead.
