The front of this tent is like a mini-brick wall. Its amazing that there was no attempt made to make it more aerodynamic. Where can I buy some kind of an aerodynamic bumper to get back 1-2 MPG on my road trips?

While there currently any wind deflectors specifically designed for a rooftop tent, like your Thule Tepui Explorer Kukenam 3 Rooftop Tent # TH8001KSK04, there are deflectors for the roof rack like the Inno Fairing for Roof Racks # INA261 that can help a bit with wind resistance. This specific deflector has a clamp-on design for easy installation and removal. It can fit crossbars a maximum of 1" tall x 3-1/2" wide x 1-1/8" diameter, but also has an adapter kit # INISF717 for taller crossbars.
