Question:
Will this fender work on a utility trailer with 15 inch tires? I know it states for 14 inch tires, but the dimensions are close to size of the fender I currently have on the trailer. The trailer currently has the welded galvanized fenders with the backing and they are rotted out.

Helpful Expert Reply:
Since Fulton recommends their plastic fender # F008554 be used with 14-inch wheels I suggest that for your trailer that has 15-inch wheels you instead use their similar black plastic fender # F008585. This fender adds two side steps that are not included in the # F008554 and it is suited for your 15-inch wheels.
If you need two you can instead order part # F008585-2, which is a set of two fenders that ship in one carton for reduced shipping costs.
If you prefer to replace your fender with a steel unit like the original we offer part # HP36VR by etrailer. This includes a steel backing plate for weld-on or bolt-on mounting. A video for this part is linked for your reference.
