Recommended Bike Rack and Adapter Bar for Two Cannondale Adventure E-Bikes

I want to make sure that the: Swagman E-Spec Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 2inch Hitches - Frame Mount - Item # S94FR is the correct rack for the 2 ebikes I have, and if I need additional frame bars to securely attach the bikes to the rack. I have a Cannondale Adventure Neo 3 step through48inch wheel base, 25inch handlebar stem to seat post, and a Cannondale Adventure Neo Allroads step through47inch wheel base, 23inch handlebar stem to seat post. Those are nice bikes and you will definitely need an adapter bar with that deep of a step thru frame. You will want to use two of the Swagman Bike Frame Adapter Bar item # 64005. You can disregard the 35 lbs weight limit. Your e-bikes will just be held in place by the bar, so you won't be putting all the weight on the adapter bar like you would if this was a hanging rack. They fit bikes with a 22-1/2" - 30" gap between the handle bars and seat posts.
The Swagman E-Spec Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes item # S94FR will work great with your two Cannondale Adventure Step Thru's. It has a 70 lbs capacity per bike and fits tires up to 3" wide.
