Question:

what is the best setup for wiring a camper to tow double. I have a hitch on rear of camper, but trying to get my lights on trailer behind camper to work. Can i just run a 4 way all the way down the camper and hook the trailer lights to that? Will my truck be able to run both 7 way and 4 way at the same time?

Expert Reply:

The easiest way to hook up the lighting is to use a junction box # 38656 along with 4-flat connector # 18172, which you can then mount using the brackets # 18144 and # 18140.

Then you'll need to run the lights from your camper to the junction box and then to the 4-flat connector.

Just to note, you are not going to be able to use the 7 way and the 4 flat at the same time.

Maybe I'm wrong but what they and I am trying to do the same ething is run the light on our camper slide-in and also a trailer. But at the end you state you cannot both. So that does not work then.
