The jounce bumper will need to be removed prior to installing the Firestone Coil-Rite Air Helper Springs # F4170 on your 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe, but this is pretty standard with this style of air bag system.
These are the only air bags that will fit your vehicle so there aren't any options that would be more heavy duty unfortunately.
