Why Would MORryde RV Generator Slide Out Tray Get Stuck Sliding Halfway Out

I installed my tray but it only extends out half way, is there something I need to do to unlock it?

Sounds like maybe there's an alignment issue with your MORryde RV Generator Slide Out Tray part # MR69RR that is not allowing it to fully slide out. It's like a desk drawer where two sections of the railing slide out as you pull the tray out so I would inspect to make sure there isn't something causing the second rail to get hung up.
