We are transporting a Permobil M3. Will this carrier allow the wheelchair to fit on the platform? Also, what kind of tow package does my vehicle need to support your carrier and permobil? 30x50 Flint Hill Goods Cargo Carrier w/ 48inch Ramp - 2inch Hitches - 500 lbs. We will be towing with a 2018 Toyota Highlander 6 cylinder

According to my research the Permobil M3 power wheelchair will fit just fine on the Flint Hill Goods 30" x 50" Wheelchair Carrier w/ 48" Ramp # FHG77ZR, and the 500 lb weight capacity is more than enough for the wheelchair itself.
If you don't already have a trailer hitch installed on your 2018 Toyota Highlander then I recommend going with the Curt # C13394 since it has the hidden crosstube. The hitch itself has a 500 lb tongue weight capacity which will be enough to handle both the carrier and your wheelchair, and according to the owner's manual your 6 cylinder can handle the weight as well.
