Question:
I have a 2015 Chrysler Town and Country. Need someone to install a trailer hitch AND a ramp which I will use to get my husbands scooter in and out of the back of the minivan. Please advise your locations in the greater NYC area - I live on long island, NY. Thanks!

If you are loading the scooter in the back of your 2015 Chrysler Town and Country I feel like you will only need a Ramp # EM07441 to load your Scooter. This will not require any installation, only unfold the ramp when you need to load and unload the scooter.
If you are going to have a Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98854 you can find a local installer by using the "Locate installers near me" link located under the pictures and install videos on the product page. This will give you a list of local installers you can contact to get estimates for installation cost and timeframe. You might then consider using the etrailer Aluminum Motorcycle Carrier # e56UR to carry the scooter outside the van. This will help keep the gas and oil smells out of your cab while driving.
