Will this connecter work with the Furrion 30 amp power inlet? Also, will this connecter work with the weather cover along with the Furrion? Thank you

Yes, the Mighty Cord Replacement Twist Lock Connector for RVs part # A10-30FDT is compatible with the Furrion Replacement Power Inlet part # 431861.

I'm not sure what weather cover you're referring to but that's the downside of simply replacing the connector and not the entire power cord, you're going to loose some weatherproofing since the end is no longer sealed properly. That said, there is a clamp that will attach to the wire jacket but it's still not perfect. If you want perfect then you'll just need to replace the entire cord with one like the Mighty Cord RV Power Cord with Pull Handle part # A10-3025ED.
