If that is the guard that you have, the brackets that fit your 2002 Chevrolet Silverado are the Replacement Mounting Hardware Kit for Westin Sportsman Grille Guard # 40-018PK (guards manufactured after 2006) which fits the Westin Sportsman Grille Guard # 40-0185.
It is important to note that the mounting brackets are specific to both the grille guard and your truck. So if that is not the grille guard that you have, the brackets will not fit. Even though they would fit your truck, they will not fit the guard.
