Question:

Will this box fit on a 2023 Toyota RAV4 XLE hybrid with factory crossbars? By the measurements it appears so, but its always best to check rather than assume. Because of our garage door having less than 16 inch clearance above the crossbars, a low profile box is essential.

Everything I can find on the factory crossbar system of your 2023 Toyota RAV4 XLE Hybrid tells me that the Inno Wedge 660 # INBRM660WH will attach to your crossbars just fine, as Toyota used standard shaped aero bars with a crossbar spread well within the range of this box.

However one thing I can't find is the measurement from the center of the front crossbar to the seam where the hatch meets the roof so you'll need to take this measurement yourself. As long as you get a measurement of 48-1/2" or longer you'll have no issues with opening your hatch.

If you find you have a measurement less than 48-1/2" long you'll need to go with a shorter box like the # IN94FR which is actually 1/2" shorter than the box you were looking at, and works with center of front crossbar to roof/hatch seam measurements of 43-3/4" or more.
