The correct Pace Edwards Contractor Rig Rack for your 2005 Nissan Titan crew cab is the part # 311-CR3004, but you would still need a Pace Edwards tonneau cover with explorer series rails in order to mount the rack.
If you don't have one then I recommend the Pace Edwards Full-Metal JackRabbit Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover w Explorer Series Rails # 311-FEN6894 if you have a 5-1/2' bed or part # 311-FEN6793 if you have a 6-1/2' bed.
These tonneau covers are designed to mount by clamping onto the inner lip of the bedrails so you may have to remove any Utili-track rails that you have if they interfere with the mounting brackets.
