The P.L. code that you are seeing on your Tekonsha Primus IQ Brake Controller part # TK90160 means there is a power interruption while the brake pedal is depressed. This typically is caused by a bad or insufficient ground. You can test this by attaching the white wire from this controller directly to the negative side of a vehicle battery to see if the problem goes away.
