Does # 5200 Hitch Lock Retain Key When Unlocked

Does the #5200 hitch lock retain its key-the key can not be removed when its unlocked? Also can I get these keyed alike? Thanks

Expert Reply:
I ran out to the warehouse and pulled one of the Tow Ready Universal 1-1/4 Receiver Hitch Locks from stock. When the lock is unlocked, the key can still be removed from the lock. We are not able to obtain multiples of these locks keyed alike. We do offer the # e98879 lock that does have a keyed alike option.
