Does WeatherTeach TechLiner Bed Mat for 2013 Ford Super Duty have Cut Outs for Factory Prep Package

Question:

I have a reese 16k 5th wheel hitch that uses the puck system. It is an under the bed frame mount. My question is: Are the puck locations visible on the truck bed mat? I will need to cut the bed mat to re-install the pucks. Do you recommend a method for cutting thru the truck mat?

The puck areas for the underbed mounting system on your truck are visible on the WeatherTech Techliner, # WT39601. But they are not round, they are square and you can see them on the mat. The area that needs to be trimmed away has to be larger than the diameter of the pucks because you also have to account for the hitch legs and access to the levers used to secure the hitch in the pucks.

I recommend drilling a hole in the center of the areas that need to be cut out and then using aviator sheers to cut out the areas. Then use a file to clean up any uneven parts. Or if you have a rotary tool with a cutting attachment, that would work well and be much faster.
