Is it possible to get a replacement steel that goes in the lug holes? I broke the studs while driving and the wheel came off intact, but one of the steel lug holes is missing the .

Thanks for the picture! We do not have the parts needed to replace the steel insert for your wheel. You can try taking it to a wheel store and see if they have the correct parts and it is capable of being repaired and reused.
