The Replacement Explorer Rails for Pace Edwards JackRabbit Hard Tonneau Cover # PE27CV you mention are actually not going to work with your 2007 Toyota Tundra.
I did however speak with Pace Edwards, and they said that you'd need to use the Replacement Explorer Rails for Pace Edwards JackRabbit Hard Tonneau Cover # PE45GJ instaed.
These rails will work with your current JackRabbbit Tonneau Cover, and will upgrade your standard rails to the explorer rails.
