I have a solution for you but the K-Source Custom Extendable Towing Mirrors item # KS62049-50G you were looking at only go back to 1999 GM trucks. Instead you will want the K-Source Custom Blind-Spot Mirrors w/ Optical Blue Lenses item # KSCW1000 for replacement mirrors.
If you are looking for an extension off of your Sierra's existing mirrors we do have a couple of options depending on what type of mirrors you currently have. I have listed them below.
Chrome mirrors without black trim - Longview Custom Towing Mirrors item # LVT-1000
Black and Chrome Mirrors - Longview Custom Towing Mirrors item # CTM1200
