Question:

I have a Sterling version flat towing settup that came with external crossbar. I dont see any part numbers. It was used with bolt on plates for towing a Jeep Cheroke with square tube mounts. These are probably 2003-2004 manufacture. I wish to use this crossbar and Guardian shield that I have with the base plate you offer with the bolt on to the crossbar and twist to remove round mounts from the baseplate. My towed vehicle is 2017 Ford Explorer Sport 4x4. What different part numbers do I use for the baseplate with the crossbar bolt ons I need. Thank you in advance

From what I can gather, you have a Roadmaster tow bar with a crossbar mount and are looking for crossbar-style base plates for your 2017 Ford Explorer Sport. So long as you have the 3.5L EcoBoost, there are two fits for crossbar-style base plates on your Explorer, depending on if you have adaptive cruise control or not.
