The K-Source # KS60200C you were looking at is only confirmed to fit a 2019 Ram 1500 Classic.
Since you have a Ram 1500 Bighorn then there is not a complete replacement towing mirror offered by any of our vendors.
You'd need to go with clip on towing mirrors like # KS80730 when you're ready to tow.
