I am looking for two complete RV roof vents 14 x 14, vent only where the Camco Jensen 40160 lid replacement, will fit.

The Camco 40160 # CAM40160 you referenced is only designed as a replacement lid for pre-1994 Jenson Roof Vents with a Pin Hinge so we don't carry any. The closest option to this would be the Camco RV or Trailer Roof Vent # CAM40480 which uses a very similar lid, but would not work with the # CAM40160.
During installation I recommend using some butyl tape # AL28FJ on the bottom mounting flange and some self-leveling sealant # 34427034145-1 over the top of the flange to properly waterproof the vent.
