the TLD2131, will that fit an 8ft bed as well? Also I have a ram 2023 8ft bed with a running board under the bed. Which tie down would i need for that truck? Do you have the torklift s9529 and will those fit both trucks?

The TorkLift Custom Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs # TLD2131 are designed for a 6-1/2' bed. For an 8' bed you would need the TorkLift Custom Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs - Front # TLD2124 and Rear # TLR3507.
For a 2023 you'll need # TLD2142 for the front and # TLD3112 for the rear, which would not be cross compatible with the 2018.
We do carry the TorkLift FastGun Turnbuckles for Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs # TLS9529 as well, and they would be a compatible turnbuckle option for your setup. This is only a quantity of two so you would need two sets to fully secure your truck bed camper.
