Good day, I have a 2018 GMC sierra 2500HD SRW that big would like to install a gooseneck connection onto. Could you assist me with what I need to buy to accomplish this?

It sounds like you want to add a gooseneck hitch to your 2018 Sierra 2500. The B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1016 you looked at is the correct hitch and installation kit for your truck.
The B&W is great because you will have full bed access when the hitch is stowed and you're not towing. It also uses a square base for the ball to keep it from turning during hookup. The only other thing you will need is the # 50-97-410 to add a 7-way to the bed of your truck.
