Will I Need To Modify My Atwood Water Heater Cut-Out To Get My New Fogatti Water Heater To Work?

Question:
I am replacing an Atwood RV 6 gallon water heater with a Fogatti tankless RV water heater. Do I need to make modifications to the exhaust vent? Can I install the Fogatti without the door that it comes with so I dont impact the current RV paint scheme?

since you're going from an Atwood water heater to a Fogatti RV Tankless Water Heater # LSB44FR you may have to make some modifications since Atwood water heaters had some of the biggest cut-outs, which is why a trim kit were offered.
However to truly know if there will be any work that needs to be done, all you need to do is measure your current Atwood cut-out and compare it to the new Fogatti cut-out.
The Fogatti water heater has a cut-out of 13" wide x 13" tall x 17-3/4" deep. From here just compare the two measurements to your current set-up and that'll tell you more definitely if you're going to need to make any modifications.
