I have a Fan-tastic Model 2000DMBT fan. Everything works BUT the fan. Is there a part I can order or do I need a whoe new fan?

If the fan isn't working then the motor is most likely shot so you'll need the Replacement Fan Motor Assembly Kit for Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent Fans # FVK8017-00. This is going to completely replace the fan blades and motor and will require you to get up on your roof in order to install.
You'll also have to cut and splice-in the new wiring to your power source. Luckily, it comes with butt connectors already included so all you'll need is a pair of crimps # PTW30764 to secure the connection.
