My key is half broken in the lock

With the key for the Thule One-Key System # TH450400 broke off inside the lock cylinder you will first need to remove the broken section of the key. This may need to be performed by a lock smith or you may be able to get the broken section of the key out using a small Pick Set # PT76VR. If are going to attempt to remove the piece yourself I recommend using some lube safe for lock cylinders as this will more easily allow the broken section to move through the tumblers.
