Wiring In Pop and Lock Tailgate Lock on a 2011 Dodge Dakota

Question:
What color wires under the drive side kick panel for a 2011 Dodge Dakota? When attached to the light green, and ground the lock works, but not the unlock... Thank you!

On your 2011 Dodge Dakota the wires should be gray and tan. You may want to verify that by using a circuit tester such as # 3808 if needed to test the wires while engaging the proper function on the truck.
