A trusted mechanic should be able to handle the installation for you. According to Curt, installation of their # C31012 front receiver should take around 45 minutes to an hour for an experienced installer. Once the receiver is installed, the plow will require assembly and electrical connections to the vehicle battery, and wiring the remote which should take a few hours. Any qualified mechanic should be able to complete the installation in around 3 or 4 hours.
I've linked you to the installation instructions for the front mounted receiver and the plow.
