There are indeed custom slip on or snap on mirrors available for your 2014 Silverado 1500, you can see them by clicking the provided link.
I really like the K-Source # KS80910. The mirrors install with no tools or hardware needed, and will fit your truck unless it's equipped with telescoping or extendable mirrors.
The # CTM1200 mirror you referred to is a fit for older full size Chevy/GM trucks and SUVs and therefore it won't fit your truck.
