Can you plug this into a bluetooth soundbar will it also with stand the environment of a side x side it will be in an enclosed cab not 100 in the elements ... Thank you

The Jensen Enclosed Amplified Marine Subwoofer # JMPSW800 has RCA inputs so you could connect it to a soundbar using RCA cables or an RCA adapter to whatever input the soundbar has. It's designed for marine-use so it should be able to withstand the elements in the cab of your side by side.
