Recommended 5th Wheel Hitch for Demco SL Series Base Rails

I have a 2012 Ram 3500 SRW and there are rails mounted in the bed I believe to be for a Demco hitch. I have not been able to identify exacly what model these rails fit so I figured Id give you guys a shout before I took them out and installed an entirely new kit. The slot in the rails measures 40inch wide with the inner edges being about 35inch apart, and 45inch at the outer edges. There are 2 sets of holes in them at 2, 10, 29, and 37inch making whatever fits 27inch in length with 2 positions available for weight distribution. I have included some photos to help.
