I will need to know exactly what wheels you have to determine if they will fit both 1/2" and 9/16" diameter lugs. There are wheels like the Vesper Steel Modular Trailer Wheel # MX59FR that fit both the 1/2" and 9/16" lugs. Once I know exactly what wheels I will be able to determine if they will fit the Kodiak Disc Brakes # KOD35FR you found or if you will need a kit like the Dexter Disc Brake Kit # K71-694-695-11 with 1/2" lugs.
