For a tonneau cover that is compatible with the Yakima OverHaul HD Ladder Rack item # Y01151-58, I recommend the RetraxONE XR Hard Tonneau Cover item # RTX57YR. This cover is confirmed to fit your 2019 Silverado 1500's 6-1/2" bed.
I really like this cover because it uses polycarbonate slats that are made in the USA. This makes the cover extremely durable and prevents it from fading in the sun light.
The RetraxONE XR Hard Tonneau Cover item # RTX57YR includes T-Slot rails that will allow you to install the Yakima OverHaul HD Adjustable Truck Bed Ladder Rack item # Y01151-58 using the Adapter Kit item # Y01155.
The included locking handle lets you easily open and close the cover, and secure it at any point along the rails to prevent theft.
