Does Only Rear Panel of BAKFlip F1 Tonneau Cover Lock to Truck Bed Rail

Does each panel have a securment device to lock it in place when closed?

Only the rear panel of the BAKFlip F1 part # BAK72121 secures to the truck bed rails. But since it locks vertically and horizontally it would prevent the other panels from being pried up since it would have to be able to move the rear panel forward which it can't do.
