Yes, we have the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # 65070 for your 2023 Toyota Tacoma. This will require trimming of your splash guard to fit and if you have a TRD you will have to permanently remove the front skid plate. The receiver is rated for up to 500lbs of tongue weight, 5,000lbs of trailer weight and a line pull up to 9,000lbs.

I recommend using the QSP Trailer Hitch Silencer and Cover # 63080 with this receiver. This will prevent the whistle noise which is typical with a front receiver that is open and will also allow you to remove the rattle when using with hitch mounted accessories.
