Yes, the Thule SnowPack Ski and Snowboard Carrier # TH7324B will work just fine with your 2022 Suabru Outback Wagon so long as you have round, square, aero, elliptical, or factory crossbars.
If you do not have a set of crossbars, I recommend checking out the:
-Curt Roof Rack for Raised Side Rails # C18118.
These crossbars will work with both the Wilderness and non-Wilderness editions, measures 53-3/8" long x 2-1/8" wide x 7/8" tall, and has a maximum weight capacity of 150-lbs.
