Truxedo Replacement Tonneau Cover for 2012 Ford F-250 Short Bed

Question:
Need replacement tonneau cover for 2012 Ford F250 XLT 69inch bed. The original cover has serial number 5691 07 11 12 printed on it and Im not finding anything matching that number exactly. It does not have any labels on the version of cover it is i.e Low Profile. It looks like it could be a low profile but not sure. The label only says TruXedo. Can you please let me know the correct replacement cover to order by the old serial number? Only need the cover. Thank you!

Thanks for all of the info on the tonneau cover of your 2012 Ford F-250 short bed. For a replacement you'd just need the part # TX569101-CVR.
