The ladder rack I recommend installing with the Mountain Top EVO-M Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover with T-Slot Accessory Rails # MNT48VR on your 2022 Ford F-250 Super Duty short bed is the Yakima OverHaul HD # Y01151-5855.
I really like this rack because the height is adjustable, it's easy to install, and the uprights are designed to match the geometry of your truck cab so it looks a lot more clean than your standard ladder rack. In addition to all of this, there are multiple tie-down points, T-Slots above and below the crossbars, and you can add the SideBar Rails # Y01153 for additional cargo carrying real estate.
