I have the Pace Edwards Full-Metal JackRabbit on my 2023 Silverado 2500 short bed. Will this ladder rack fit with this cover? It looks like it installs outside of the rails but I want to double check. Thank you!

Yes, the Adarac Aluminum Series Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack # A36HG is compatible with the Pace Edwards Full-Metal JackRabbit # PE88CV cover on your 2023 Chevy Silverado 2500 short bed.
The tonneau cover installs inside the bed rails and the ladder rack uses the stake pockets for the installation so they won't interfere with each other at all. The ladder rack comes with tie-down loops at the ends of the crossbars but if you want some other options you can use the tie-down kit # A4000882 or load stops # A4000880 to accommodate different loads.
