Question:
When I turn the hot water heater on it kicks on for about five seconds then it kicks off and doesn’t throw any codes what could be the problem ?

When troubleshooting a Fogatti water heater like the Fogatti RV Tankless Water Heater # LSB64FR, according to the manual it "will" show the error code and sounds the alarm "beep, beep, beep". If your water heater is shutting down with no error code or beep, it sounds like you may have a power issue.
You can open the door of the water heater and insure the switch inside the door is open and the fuse is intact. If the fuse has blown, you would want to replace the fuse with a fuse of the same size.
