Height Measurement For RV Mini-Blind Hold Downs

Question:
The plastic blind tie down holders are broken. They are an inch and quarter high, your new ones are only an inch high. Will that make a difference?

The RV Mini-Blind Hold Downs # 37281635 also have an overall height of 1-1/4". The 1" measurement is from the base to the point where it attaches. I have included a picture showing this measurement as a well as a video that shows this measurement.
