All you will need is an anti-rattle device for a 1-1/4 inch hitch. Take a look at anti-rattle device # 93347. Basically, it wedges itself between the bike rack shank and the receiver opening to take out the play between the two. If you are going to use a strap you can use # RM-061-125. Using just one would be best because it could pull the rack to one side and hold it there.
