In order to find the brake wire under your dash, you are going to need a hook probe circuit tester # PTW2993. You will need someone to engage your brakes on the Chevrolet Van as you use the circuit tester to see which wire is the brake wire. When you find the right wire, a light will glow on the circuit tester.
The wires that you will be testing is a bundle of wiring coming out of the back of the brake pedal stop light switch.
The Draw-Tite Max-E-Loader Trailer Hitch Receiver # 41121 is confirmed to fit your 1995 Chevrolet Van. The trailer hitch has an easy, bolt-on installation and has a black powder coat finish that covers an e-coat base that offers superior rust protection.
The trailer hitch has a maximum gross trailer weight up to 5,000 pounds and has a maximum tongue weight up to 500 pounds. I recommend checking your vehicle's manual to find out the proper towing capacity of your vehicle.
