Question:
If you pull the bracket in toward the window does the mirror itself also rotate So the bracket can be close to the truck but you can rotate the mirror to be able to see

On the CIPA Universal Door-Mount Replacement Mirrors item # CM45000-2, when you pull the bracket toward the window the mirror comes with it. It faces wherever you position the arm it is attached to. Directly they adjust as one piece except the mirror can be tilted up and down.
