Is the ClearPLus part # 77261 the correct blade for a 2006 Fleetwood Expedition? Does it still come with the adapter to attach to a wiper arm that uses 2 small screws?

I checked with ClearPlus and they show the ClearPlus 77 Series HD Windshield Wiper Blade part # CP77261 as the correct replacement for the driver and passenger side on a 2006 Fleetwood Expedition Motorhome. The arm type according to ClearPlus that you will need to use is 12x4 Hook.
